is a limited liability company which has been registered and approved by the Registrar General’s Office of Ghana and has acquired all the necessary certificates necessary to operate in the country, thus the Certificate of Operation and Certificate to commence business.

The company has been in existence since 2016 and has followed all the regulatory procedures to acquire the license to operate in the Media landscape.

Mrs. Joyce Aku Menns is the CEO of the company while Mr. Oliver Menns, who is the Executive Chairman of Desidero Football Club and Olive Joy Groups of Companies alongside Mr. Bernard Mensah are the board members of the Company


Our vision as a company inspires us. It is to impact positively in sports and make it a better place for both sportsmen and sportswomen to live in.
To promote the various sports disciplines in the country and make them more attractive.

To meet the growing demand of sports fans, OMY TV will focus 70% percent on sports (both local and foreign) and 30% on general news. This will help meet the ever-growing demand of most sport loving fans.

Our primary target is the huge number of sports fans in the country, that spans football, boxing, athletics, tennis among others.
Language plays a very important role in the media industry; a well-chosen and rehearsed language can take the industry to a higher pedestal. For this reason: we will use 50% local language and 50% foreign language.
In other to be unique in our own way, we have the best and inspiring slogan that depicts our vision. Thus, the slogan, “Feel the difference”.
