Individuals who were caught in the Anas number 12 expose on June 6, 2018 have been excluded by the Ghana Football Association from attending the association’s Extra-Ordinary Congress slated for Thursday September 5, 2019.
In a statement signed by the Deputy General Secretary of the association, Alex Asante, the verdict is in relation to the decision which was taken by the GFA Executive Committee on June 5, 2018.
The decision asked all individuals who were involved in the Anas documentary to step aside until the Ethics Committee decided on their conduct.

“Pursuant to the GFA Executive Committee decision at its meeting held on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the M-Plaza Hotel, Accra that all persons implicated in the Anas Aremeyaw Anas expose on the Football titled ‘Number 12’ should step aside until the GFA Ethics Committee decides on their conduct; therefore members are being reminded that the directive is still in force and should be respected.”
